Richard J. Roth, President

Founder, President of Sealevel in 1997, Richard has been the anchor of engineering, estimating and construction management. He has over 25 years experience in heavy civil construction. Richard handles the day-to-day operations of Sealevel.

James Knox, Vice-president

As Vice-President of Sealevel, James has accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience in his nearly 30 years in heavy civil construction and project management. He is also an expert in logistics of equipment and man-power.

Project Managers / Estimators

Our team of Project Managers and Estimators, led by Senior Members Ben Roth and Corbert Chaisson, have nearly 100 years of combined experience in the construction arena. From the first pile in the ground to the ribbon cutting ceremony, count on Sealevel’s Team to successfully fulfill our promises and build your project on time, every time.

Administrative Team

Our team of administrative staff, led by Danny Guidroz, makes certain your projects run smoothly. They are a vital link from the initial contact with our customers through to the final close-out of contracts. Certified payroll? No problem. Submittals? Sure. Job analysis and cost tracking? You bet. Our Administration Team members are courteous, supportive, efficient and professional.

Field Team

Our Team of field crews consist of over 60 professionals, each experts in the tasks they are assigned. Drivers, Equipment Operators, Superintendents, Foremen, Helpers, Laborers, Flaggers, etc. - our crews are diverse, well-trained and well-organized to be successful at whatever duties lay ahead.
