Sealevel is proud to introduce the newest members of our HSE Team- Michael Bencaz, James Wyble and Jose Martinez!

Michael Bencaz is an accomplished HSE professional with 30 years of diverse experience in a wide range of industries that Sealevel is affiliated with, including but not limited to construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, industrial, electrical, transportation, and maritime sectors. Michael is responsible for leading our HSE team by implementing safety management systems and action plans to mitigate risks. He will work closely with our leadership team and field supervision to effectively evaluate risks, implement safety assessments and promote initiatives for the safety and success of our operations.

Jose Martinez and James Wyble, both experienced HSE professionals, also recently joined our team to serve as additional HSE Coordinators. Working in conjunction with our field supervision and HSE Manager, Jose and James will fulfill duties such as conducting regular site walk-through inspections, investigating all forms of incidents, ensuring safety documentation accuracy, and actively promoting our safety programs and compliance.

Together with HSE Manager Jamie Rodrigue, Joseph Bourg, HSE Coordinator, and Sawyer Champagne, our HSE intern, the team will collaborate to champion a strong safety and compliance culture to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
