Sealevel Construction constructed the Petit Caillou Lock Structure, which included:

• the construction of an 85' x 115' cofferdam with 55' sheets and a 20' deep excavation
• the installation of (290) 60' timber piles within cofferdam
• the installation of pipe piles
• the fabrication and installation of 31' x 15' miter gates
• the fabrication and intalltion of walkways and handrails
• the construction of a control building
